What an inspiring & creative gathering we had last Friday at @detankerinnoord! 🤯💥

Cotranspose & Radiometrics, alongside many amazing artists, co-created an evening with food, clay, performances, movies, sounds, and music! 🔥 

A 2-day event on art and mental health in collaboration with the Regional Unit of Evros. Alongside two art therapy workshops by our amazing partners for this project, @artattackaxd and @liavoulgaridou, we also hosted an exhibition around mental health.🎭🖼

🌈Art therapy is the creative process that engages in self-expression through art. It can help individuals resolve issues, develop and manage their behaviors and emotions, reduce anxiety, and enhance self-esteem and self-awareness.

The collective dinner is something we continually include in our programs.

We believe that food is an inclusive platform that can foster collectivity and exchange, removing barriers between people.

Artists often use food to express creatively and reclaim spaces. During the dinner, those joining could taste a thumb- shaped lolli by @henryalles , make a poetry soup with @louiedica , and have a yawning dinner with @micheldvri . They could also bring food, art, or ideas and contribute to the happening.
